My research interests include:
- Power-law and heavy-tailed distributions
- Statistics and mathematical modelling applied to macroeconomics, population, and energy/resources
Essays
I aim to write essays on ‘popular maths’ covering an array of topics I have found interesting. These are generally written up to an undergraduate mathematics level but have elements and results in them that can be read by a broader audience.
Resources
I share resources for students, tutors, teachers, or anyone interested in learning mathematics. Requests for tailored worksheets are welcome.

AI is imperfect, but it is a useful tool that I use to accelerate and refine my work. Currently, I primarily use Google Gemini.
